Ginger Has Pistachio

1 part Dumante
1 part Joseph Cartron Ginger
1 part fresh lemon sour
1 part sparking wine (St. Hilaire Extra Dry would work nicely)

Shake all ingredients and pour into Collins glass with ice. Top with splash of Midori. Garnish with orange twist.

Ginger Snap

1/2 oz. MB Roland St. Elmo's Fire
4 oz. Ginger Ale

Serve chilled over ice.
Go Green Splash

2 1/2 oz North Shore Sol
1 oz mint simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Club soda

Add Sol, mint simple syrup and lime juice to an ice-filled shaker, shake well. Strain into ice-filled highball glass, top with a splash of club soda. Add mint sprig for garnish.

Grapefruit Basil Fizz

2 oz North Shore Distiller's Gin #11
3/4 oz Fresh Red Grapefruit juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 large fresh basil leaf
1/2 oz club soda

Shake the first four ingredients with ice (including the basil). Strain into cocktail glass or ice-filled rocks glass. Top with soda, garnish with sprig of fresh basil.

Green Nights

- 35 ml Gin
- 20 ml Joseph Cartron Elderflower Liqueur
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 slices of cucumber
- 3 basil leaves
- 1/2 barspoon of white sugar

Shake all the ingredients without crushing them, then filter into a rock glass on ice with a strainer.

Garnish with basil leaf and slices of cucumer.

Fresh, light and tart cocktail (an alliance of elderflower and vegetal notes).

Gummy Cardinal

2 oz. Calvados Cardinal Fine
1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 oz raspberry syrup
Gummy bear candies

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled.
If you wish, place a few gummy bears at the bottom of the glass or on the glass rim. Pour and serve.

Hawthorn Highball

1 oz Dumante Espresso Liqueur
3 oz fresh squeezed pineapple juice
optional dash Angostura bitters

Add all ingredients to a double old fashioned glass with ice. Stir with bar spoon
and serve. No garnish.
Invisible Chocolate Drop

2 oz. OYO Honey Bean Vodka
1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao

Pour ingredients into shaker filled with ice & then pour into martini glass.

This is a great April Fool's Day cocktail! It looks clear like a normal martini, but the surprise comes when you taste... chocolate! Fool your friends with a delicious treat that won't disappoint! Enjoy!
Jinro K-Town Christmas Cocktail

2 oz. Jinro Soju
1 oz. Cream
1.2 oz. White Crème De Cacao
2 Dash Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Shake the first four ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled or frozen glass. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!

Jinro Soju Wish Upon A Star

2 oz Jinro Soju
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 Dash Peach Bitters

This cocktail celebrates the City of Gold.

2 dashes of Cocktailpunk Smoked Orange Bitters
1/2 Zafra Master Reserve 21 Year Rum
1/2 Caperitif

Fill a cocktail mixing glass halfway full with ice cubes. Add Caperitif, rum and orange biters. Strain into an old-school Champagne cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Kentucky Bourbon Sunshine

1 cup of Johnny Drum Black Label or Old Bardstown Bourbon
1.75 cups of orange juice
1.5 tsp fresh lemon juice

Fill a blender 3/4 of the way with ice. Add Bourbon, orange juice and lemon juice and blend until smooth. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.

Kentucky Fireball

2 parts MB Roland True Kentucky Shine
1 part MB Roland St. Elmo's Fire

Combine ingredients in mixer over ice, strain into rocks glass.
Kentucky Godzilla

1 oz MB Roland St. Elmo's Fire
1 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz. orange juice

Mix well and serve over ice.
Kentucky Kosmo

1 part MB Roland True Kentucky Shine
1/2 part Joseph Cartron Triple Sec
Dash of lime
Splash of cranberry juice

Combine ingredients in shaker with ice, strain & serve in martini glass.
La Bicyclette

2 oz North Shore Gin No. 11
3/4 oz Dolin or Vya Vermouth Rouge
1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
2 dashes of Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate
Lemon rind (garnish)

Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain into cocktail glass, express the lemon over the top and add it to the glass.

Le Parisien

2 oz Camus VS or VSOP
.75 oz St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
.5 Passionfruit juice
.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup

Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with berries if desired.
Lemon Cello

Lemon zing, honey vanilla bean, and bubbles... a melody of flavors that makes every day feel a little more sunny, and every night a little more special.

2 oz. OYO Honey Vanilla Bean Vodka
2 Large scoops of lemon sorbet
2 oz. Brut Champagne
Simple Syrup (optional, to taste)

Add vodka and sorbet into a mixing bowl. Whisk until mixed well. Depending on the sweetness of the sorbet you may need to add simple syrup. Once whisked pour into a champagne flute, add 2 oz. of Champagne/Cava/Sparkling. Stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with a lemon peel or edible flower.

Loose Noose

2 oz. Bourbon
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz. Fino Sherry
1/2 tsp St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
2 dashes Xocolati Mole Bitters

Stir and serve up in a coupe glass with an orange twist.
Luck of the Irish Martini

2 oz. Stawski Classic Vodka
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey

Pour whiskey into a martini glass. Then, swirl it around the glass in order to coat the inside, and drain the excess whiskey. Pour the vodka and dry vermouth into a shaker filled with ice, shake well, and strain into glass.

Feel lucky this St. Patrick's Day with this delicious martini!
Lula's Punch

To make it a really merry Christmas, leave this out for Santa.

2 oz Novo Fogo Barrel-Aged Cachaca
4 oz milk
.5 oz cinnamon syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a tall glass filled with
fresh ice.
Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the top.
Magic Bus

1 shot Amate Silver tequila
1 shot Joseph Cartron Triple Sec
1.5 shot cranberry juice
1 shot fresh orange juice

Shake over ice, strain into a glass, and enjoy the ride!
Midsummer Midnight

8 blackberries
12 mint leaves
2 tsp agave nectar (maple syrup can be used)
2 oz Old Bardstown Black label or any good bourbon
8 oz club soda
In a shaker, combine 6 blackberries, 10 mint leaves and the agave nectar.
Muddle until well combined.
Add the bourbon and plenty of ice. Shake hard for 30 seconds.
Strain into 2 martini glasses and top each with 4 oz of club soda.
Slap the remaining 2 mint leaves between your palms.
Garnish each drink with a mint leaf and a blackberry.

Milk Chocolate Elmo

1 oz MB Roland St. Elmo's Fire
1/2 Irish Manor Irish Cream
3/4 oz Kahlua
1 oz Joseph Cartron Creme de Cacao or premium chocolate liqueur
Splash of half & half

Combine ingredients in shaker over ice, strain into glass.
Negroni with Sol

History: this Italian drink was named for a count, who asked for an Americano with a shot of gin in it. Traditionally a gin drink, it's delicious with Sol.

2 oz. Sol
1 oz. sweet vermouth
1 oz. Aperol

Stir ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

New Orleans French 75

1/2 oz simple syrup
1 1/2 oz Camus VSOP cognac
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Sparkling wine

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the cognac, simple syrup and lemon juice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass, top with sparkling wine and serve.

Norman Delight

2 oz Calvados Cardinal Fine
3-5 leaves of fresh basil, torn into pieces
5 medium-sized strawberries, de-stemmed and halved
1/4 lemon cut into wedges
3/4 oz club soda or sparkling water

Gently muddle the torn basil, strawberries and lemon wedges in a cocktail shaker for 45-60 seconds.
Fill shaker with ice, then add Calvados Cardinal and simple syrup and mix together. Pour mixture into a tumbler glass, top with club soda, stir lightly and serve.

One Hot Whip

2 oz Whipper Snapper
1 oz Tawny Port
½ squeezed lemon
2 ½ oz hot cider
1 oz hot water

Serve in a clear coffee glass, finish with sprinkled cinnamon, lemon zest and a cinammon stick garnish.

Pistachio Mint Martini

2 & 1/2 parts Dumante Verdenoce
2 parts premium vodka (Boyd & Blair, Cardinal Sin Vodka, North Shore Vodka)
1/2 part Half & Half
Dash Green Creme de Menthe

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain and serve in a chilled martini glass.
Coat glass with chocolate swirl and sprinkle ground pistachios on top.

Pistachio Vanilla Coffee

1/2 part Dumante Verdenoce
1/2 part premium vanilla rum
1 barspoon sweetened condensed milk
7 parts black coffee

In a tall clear coffee glass, place condensed milk in bottom, top with Dumante and vanilla rum. Pour in coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream and dust with ground cinnamon, add cinnamon stick.

2 parts - Willet Family Pot Still Reserve

1 part - Ransom Sweet Vermouth

1 dash - Cocktail Punk Smoked Orange Bitters

1 dash - Cocktail Punk Colorado Cherry Bitters


Serve over a 1x1 inch cube

Garnish with a cherry (or a few)
