Saratoga

2 oz Camus VS or VSOP Cognac
.5 oz Pineapple juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes Maraschino liqueur

Combine ingredients in an ice filled shaker, shake well & strain into glass.

Garnish with a lemon peel.
