Shane and his wife moved to Kansas City to be closer to his family. He also wanted to get more exposure to wines from around the world. The thing that interests Shane most about the wine industry is that there is always something new to learn and discover.
What started the journey for him was a bottle of Barbera at an Italian restaurant in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. It tasted and smelled amazing and he simply couldn’t wait to learn more. As a new parent, Shane is excited to show his daughter Emilia the world and all the beautiful and amazing things in it. Outside of work, his interests are sports and most recently gardening!
