Swedish Mary

2 oz. North Shore Distillery Aquavit 3-4 oz. Lehmann Farms Original Bloody Mary mix (or your favorite) Combine ingredients over ice, stir well. Garnish with a sprig of dill or your favorite Bloody Mary garnish. Recipe courtesy of North Shore Distillery

Red Corset

Ingredients: 1/4 oz Dumante Espresso Liqueur 1/4 oz. Dumante Verdenoce Pistachio Liqueur 1/2 oz. Campari Dash Angostura bitters Champagne Method: Add all ingredients to glassware. Stir lightly. Top with champagne. Garnish with lemon pigtail twist. Recipe courtesy of Dumante

Hawthorn Highball

Ingredients: 1 oz Dumante Espresso Liqueur 3 oz fresh squeezed pineapple juice optional dash Angostura bitters Method: Add all ingredients to a double old fashioned glass with ice. Stir with bar spoon and serve. No garnish.

Kentucky Bourbon Sunshine

1 cup of Johnny Drum Black Label or Old Bardstown Bourbon 1.75 cups of orange juice 1.5 tsp fresh lemon juice Ice Fill a blender 3/4 of the way with ice. Ginger Has Pistachio

1 part Dumante 1 part Joseph Cartron Ginger 1 part fresh lemon sour 1 part sparking wine (St. Hilaire Extra Dry would work nicely) Shake all ingredients and pour into Collins glass with ice.
