With nearly 30 years of experience in the restaurant and bar industry, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his role. From fine dining to managing sports bars and martini lounges, he has done it all. His extensive background gives him a deep understanding of the industry, and he loves sharing that expertise with customers to help them elevate their dining and drinking experiences.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid cook and entertainer. Whether it’s preparing meals for friends and family or discussing the finer points of food and drink, he could spend hours immersed in the culinary world (and he’s definitely in good company at Classique!). His garden, where he grows everything from tomatoes to peppers and fresh herbs, serves as his personal sanctuary—his “Zen” space where he finds peace and inspiration.
