This Cabernet Sauvignon has about 10% Cabernet Franc blended to give it crisp fruit forwardness. This wine has aromas of cherry and fresh raspberry. It coats the palate with flavors of generous fruit and medium tannin. Aged 10 months in Missouri White Oak, this wine is a perfect food wine.
