2016 brought near-normal precipitation fro the first time in years, following a substantial drought throughout California. Healthy soils and reinvigorated vines produces a balanced crop of flavorful fruit across all of the vineyard sources. The 2016 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon highlights the strong vintage with plenty of dark berry-focused fruit, earthy notes and toasty mocha/caramel oak.
