Less than a half-hour’s drive west of Corvallis, breathtaking scenery and open roadways offer visitors an idyllic opportunity to enjoy a very special glimpse into the world of winemaking and fine wines. Here, in Benton County, amid the foothills of Mary’s Peak, the tallest mountain in Oregon’s renowned Coast Range, a cadre of a dozen-plus vineyards and wineries is taking advantage of some of the valley’s most favorable growing conditions.
