Vineyards: Grown on the left bank of the Rhone river in the land of emblematic of the Northern Cotes-du-Rhone region. The soil has granite, with fluvio-glacial alluvial deposits from the Rhone, or loess. Continental with a Mediterranean influence.
Viticulture & Vinification: Gentle pneumatic pressing, with protection against oxidation and selection of the best juice. Cold clarification. Fermentation at low temperature to favor the fruit and terroir expression. Matured on the lees with stirring.
Winemaker’s Notes: Bright yellow with green tints. Fresh and intense nose of white fleshed fruits. Fresh and well-balanced, with notes of citrus and peach on the palate. Perfect as a starter wine, with shell-fish or white fish or meat, whatever grilled or in a cream and lemon sauce.
