Description
The soils here are sandy clay over amphibole rock and gneiss. The wine is fruity, aromatic, and lively with notes of citrus and iodine, unusual roundness and a pleasantly lingering finish. An ideal aperitif or accompaniment to seafoods and light summer fare, but feel free to drink it year round.
