Description
Exclusively made from the Chenin Blanc grape, the cuvee “Les Aumones.” A medium dry white wine was born on the northern bank of the Loire within the Vouvray appellation in the Touraine district “the garden of France.”
Nose of rich peach, apples and pears, spicy aromas with honey flavor. Soft and round textured wine on the palate, confirming the dominating peaches, pineapples, honey and cinnamon with a well-balanced acidity.
Pair with Italian Bruschetta appetizer, pan-fried tofu, raspberry pies, exotic fruit sorbet, fresh tropical fruit platters, caramelized pineapples, goat cheese with apricot dried fruits and fresh grapes.
