The Edge Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from premium Alexander Valley vineyards. The vineyards were specifically chosen for their high quality fruit and tannin structure. The crops were carefully thinned to ensure low yields.
The complex nose offers notes of black currant, cassis, and brambleberry. Hints of baking spice and graphite combine with the layers of fruit to form an extremely balanced wine while the finish displays a bright acidity and rich yet focused tannins.
Ray Signorello and his winemaking team have crafted a luscious Alexander Valley Cabernet that drinks wonderfully. The wine spent 18 months in French oak barrels and will age gracefully over the next 5-8 years.
