Dark berries, cedar, spice, concentrated blueberries and boysenberry with subtle oak nuances on the nose. Berries galore on the palate! Soft, volumptuous mouth filling wine with silky tannins and lovely texture.
Pair with BBQ ribs or beef madras.
Vineyard, site and parcel selection is critical with all wines made at Gemtree. For Dragon’s Blood only sites that display varietal expression, concentration, and finesse were selected.
