A rare wine of the highest quality, the Trockenbeerenauslese is created from a selected picking of dried, very ripe berries that have been affected by “noble” rot.
Color: Golden yellow.
Nose: Apricot and cloves.
Palate: Treading the palate to hints of nutmeg, cloves, honey, apricot and citrus. A complex, rich and harmonious finish.
Food Pairing: Flavorful and rich, this wine may be enjoyed with pate de foie gras, fruit, and all kinds of desserts.
