100% Cabernet Sauvignon
In the glass, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is medium ruby color at its core fading to pale ruby at the rim. The aromas are textbook for a warm vintage Cabernet from a quality growing region: Bing cherry, cassis, black raspberry, warm baking spices, mocha, fresh turned soil and a nice hint of rosemary. In the glass it goes down smooth with its silty, well integrated tannins balanced with ripe fruit and slight mineral edge. The flavors on the palate mimic the aromas with additions of dark plum, tart pomegranate and a crushed gravel finish. It is deliciously drinkable on its own or with a juicy hamburger, enjoy!
