Hand Picked Selections introduced the La Noble brand in 1989, and was one of the first importers to realize the untapped potential of the Languedoc region of Southern France. More than two decades after the release of its first vintage, La Noble continues to represent the very best from the sun-drenched vineyards of Southern France.
Vineyards:
Fruit for the 2015 La Noble Chardonnay was sourced from Fontes, a small village in the Herault department, about 18 miles inland from the Mediterranean coast.

100% Chardonnay
Viticulture:
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, at cool, controlled temperatures. No malolactic fermentation. Aged “sur lie” until bottling. Unoaked.
Tasting Notes:
This vivid Chardonnay offers aromas of pears and white peaches, with a hint of acacia. It was vinified and matured entirely in stainless steel tanks, with no aging in oak barrels, to highlight its freshness and crisp, mouthwatering acidity.
