Tart cherry and red raspberry, spiced with nutmeg.
ON THE PALATE
Blueberry, huckleberry and black plum, with hints of campfire and braised meat; solid structure with a touch of acidity, making it ideal for drinking alone or pairing with food; robust flavor with smooth, ripe, long-lasting tannins.
Grapes sourced from three different vineyards: Cabernet Sauvignon from the Peter Newton Vineyard on Spring Mountain, Syrah from our own Los Olivos Vineyard in Jamieson Canyon, and Merlot from the Vidal Vineyard in Napa.
Clusters de-stemmed and berries moved through a double-sorting system, removing jacks and leaving only individual, whole berries that are barrel fermented in French oak.
