Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel for about 10 days.
Maturation: Ageing in oak 40 hl barrels for 6 months.
Tasting Notes: Red cherry color. Aromas of red-berry fruits with notes of cacao. A well structured wine with balanced tannins and great minerality.
Food pairing: White meat or grilled fish
Production: 7000 bottles
Training system: Guyot trellis system with 7000 vines per hectare.
