The Spellbinder is a stunning blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, sourced from some of the most sought after vineyards in Washington State. Elegant and full fodied, while still approachable, it boasts fresh fruit aromas and flavors of blacj cherries, raspberries, and currants, with just a hint of cocoa and cedar from the older French oak barrels in which it aged. The tannins are completely resolved, providing a plush textured finish, buoyed by the fresh acidity. This wine is made to be enjoyed on its own or with food.
