Description
Fruit was hand-picked, then fermented in open vats. Fermentation occurred naturally with ‘wild’ yeasts, after which the wine was pressed off the skins and aged in oak barrels for 11 months.
Color: Deep purple / garnet
Bouquet: Delicate floral notes mingle with raspberry, olive and a touch of wood smoke.
Palate: The structure is fine grained and elegant, with subtle power. Complex flavors of savory red fruits and potpourri.
