Winemaker’s Notes: Most of the Cabernet Franc comes from Bacchus Vineyard, which grows above the Columbia River. The Cabernet Franc is manually leaf stripped allowing for sunlight to burn off green flavors before harvest. The Merlot smooths out the gritty Cabernet Franc tannins.
