The ideal location of this vineyard, in permanent exposure to a fair wind allows to obtain excellent grapes. The grapes are carefully harvested, transferred to the winery in small baskets, softly pressed and immediately stores at a temperature of 15C, for an initial decating of the must. The fermentation takes place at the temperature of about 16C to enhance the perfumes and scents of the single vineyards. Bottled at the beginning of year following the harvest, the wine rests for two months before being ready.
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Intense notes of white flowers together with fresh spicy notes. Full, dry, balanced and extremely sapid, if offers intensity and fragrance. It pairs well with light and delicate hors d-oeurvres, lake or sea fish.
