Negroni with Sol

History: this Italian drink was named for a count, who asked for an Americano with a shot of gin in it. Traditionally a gin drink, it’s delicious with Sol.

2 oz. Sol
1 oz. sweet vermouth
1 oz. Aperol

Stir ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
