Pear & Spice Cozy Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Noces Royales Pear Liqueur
1 oz bourbon (or rye)
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
Dash of Angostura bitters
Cinnamon stick or pear slice for garnish
Instructions:
Fill a shaker with ice and combine pear liqueur, bourbon, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters. Shake gently until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or thin pear slice.
